Hilton Garden Inn Myrtle Beach/Coastal Grand Mall

The staff was exceptional courteous and efficient and they go out of their way to take care of their customers. Cindy at the front desk was excellent she went out of her way to make sure everything was done efficiently and correctly and made we were completely satisified with the facility, our room and meals and service. I highly recommend this motel

The hotel experience was wonderful. Someone other than my family key accessed my room. Had we not been in the room they would have access to all of our property and potential harmed us. Requested new keys to feel safe.

It is in the perfect place to go everywhere.

Mary was beyond exceptional! She is so welcoming, relatable and professional. This overnight stay was nothing short of amazing. The premises was very clean There wasn't a single item out of place. Hilton truly is the best!
